Does Intertown Realty Company allow 6 month leases?

No – One year lease required.

Is there an application fee?

Yes, Fifty dollars per applicant.

What is required to secure an apartment?

Application fee and security deposit equal to one month’s rent.

Do you allow sub-leasing?

No.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, a $250 non-refundable pet fee must be paid at the lease signing.

Do all of the properties have parking?

Yes.

How long does it take to process an application?

1 – 2 days once all required information has been submitted.

Do you have a waiting list?

No.

Do I need a co-signer if I am a full-time student?

Yes.

What qualifications are required for application acceptance?

Sufficient income or employment, acceptable credit, background and landlord verifications.

Is an appointment required to see apartments or do we accept walk-ins?

Appointments are required however, we do accept walk-ins.

Do we accept personal checks or cash?

Security deposit and application fee must be in the form of a money order.

What is required to secure an apartment?

At the time the completed application is submitted, any applicable application fees and a security deposit equivalent to one or two months rent (depending upon eligibility) must be paid in the form of a certified bank check or money order. The application fee and security deposit must be in two separate checks. If/when your application is approved the first months rent must also be paid in the form of a certified bank check or money order. From there after, all payments may be paid by personal check.
